Hello Emma is (as far as we know) the only live chat agent company focussed on the kitesurfing industry.
What does that mean?
We are a group of kitesurfers who help kitesurfing schools and shops sell more bookings and products via their websites.
How do we do that?
We provide live chat support for their site's visitors.
What is the result?
In over 60% of the chats we do for our customers we sell products (classes, tours, products, etc).
Over the last few months we have grown very fast and now we are looking for additional live chat agents to join our team.
As a Hello Emma live chat agent you will take care of incoming chat requests for our customers. You will be working with a lot of different brands, always representing their best interests. You chat with customers of all skill levels, answering their questions, putting their minds at ease and helping them make that purchase decision.
We are looking for team players who, just like us, are always striving to be a little bit better.
All work is done remotely so you can be based anywhere in the world and work when you want. The work is commission based so you've got control of your own income level.
