• Oversee aspects of the watersports center including: guest relations, maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, finances, team building, and staff development.
• Maintain the company standards and quality assurance along the agreed guidelines
• Promote sales of Kiteboarding and other equipment as defined by the board.
• Meeting and greeting customers.
• To deal with customer complaints and comments.
• To complete all administrative requirements correctly and on time.
• To prepare and submit, on the required format, all information required for budgeting purposes.
• To prudently manage the resources within budget guidelines according to current laws
• To ensure that grounds and sporting areas are well maintained and in a good state.
• Manage, train and direct staff related to the watersports center in an efficient and sensible way in order to ensure satisfactory services as may generally be expected.
• Drive initiatives in the team that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain appropriate staff resources for the watersports center and activities programs to ensure that the required services are delivered punctual and at the expected level of standards.
• To ensure that staff is clean and correctly dressed at all times, also that they are courteous and helpful to members and their guests.
• To investigate and action the causes of staff grievances.
• Explore and develop new kitesurfing and boat landing spots, kitesafari possibilities and advertise the same
