      - 5 x 2,5 h group lesson a week (guests stay a full week)
      - Provide Quality Surf lessons
      - Prepare Theory parts before every surf lesson (Guidelines will be given)
      - Split the group into different levels
      - Choose the spot of the day
      - Video Analysis: Once a week (Analyse waves of guests & provide appropriate feedback)

    • Requirements

      Experience as a coach
      Ability to coach Beginners, Experienced Beginners & Intermediates
      Fluent English
      Ability to speak in front of a group
      Organise the group (according to levels)
      Hands on Mentality
      Ability to organise & do the video Analysis
      Good Vibes & Socialising skills
      Being able to be part of a team
